Once the user has signed into Travelit, they will have access to the widgets according to their role setup in Travelit. The important widgets that a consultant will use are the following:
The Widgets that a user will use when they have a consultant role allocated is as follows:
- Book online and Book online international: Used for searching and booking sectors on Travelit.
- Request Travel via travel consultants: Request form to be completed by a traveller or a booker to request assistance from a travel consultant. This page also allows the user to view all the request forms submitted by the customer.
- Set out of office: Used to redirect approvals if the user is not in the office.
- My Profile: Is used to update the user’s profile.
- Dashboard Alerts: Is used to view any alerts with regards to the booking process.
- Trip Manager for my bookings: is used to access existing trips (Bookings).
- GDS Sync: is used when a reservation has been made in the GDS or on an airlines website; to sync with Travelit.
