Please follow the steps below to change your password from a remote location:
- Close your Email Application.
- Office Workers: Make sure you are connected via a hard-wire Network connection, then press CTRL-ALT-DELETE and select “Change Password” and follow the directions to change your password.
- Remote Workers: Make sure you are first connected to a VPN (Pulse or VIA) or 3G APN before you change your password. Then press CTRL-ALTDELETE and select “Change Password” and follow the directions to change your password.
- Important: Once you have changed your password, Lock your system (CTRL-ALT-DEL, select “Lock”). Do Not Log Off ! Then unlock your system with your new password. Do this at least twice to make sure your system has updated to the new password. Re-open your Email and applications again.
- Important: Please do not forget to update the password on your Mobile Devices if your email is also setup there as well!
Password Requirements:
- Must contain upper- and lower-case letters
- Must contain a number or special character (e.g. !@#$%^)
- Must contain 9 or more characters
- Must not be the same as your previous passwords
- Must not be similar to your username (if any three letters appear in the same order, it will be rejected)
