How to View and Resend Failed Exported Files
Click on the Payment Exports tab as highlighted below.
On this page you can view the exported files, and if any failed Resend.
Click on the Resend button as highlighted below.
Batch has been reset as displayed below.
Click on a batch item line to view payment details of the batch, as displayed below. Note: The batch number.
Auto Sending runs at 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 13:00 and 14:00. Note: Batch 45 successfully sent, as displayed below.
