Car Hire Out of Policy refers to a car rental booking which does not comply with the Company’s travel policy.
This learning engagement will show you how to use the advanced search filter to find the most suitable vehicle for the traveller.
Users can search for available vehicles by selecting either a Branch or an Airport location.
Once availability results are displayed, users must select the Filter Cars option.
To display vehicles that fall outside of company policy, users should tick the Out of Policy checkbox.
Before finalizing the booking, users are required to enter a Reason for Policy Breach and then select Book Car.
