Pay Invoice - OCR Version

OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology can read entire invoices, including line items, invoice numbers, dates, and totals, saving time and effort in manual data entry.

When processing invoices for payment, users have the option to choose between using OCR or manually adding line items, with the recommendation to use OCR for both header and line items to save time.

The Pay Invoice screen allows for the selection of processing invoices using OCR or manual entry, with the need to choose the correct business unit before proceeding.

If OCR does not recognize a line item or value due to poor invoice quality, users have the option to manually load a line item and make corrections as necessary.

Users can review and amend items added to the invoice before submitting for payment, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
