Introducing Approval Methods - Via WhatsApp:
As an approver, you will be responsible for approving travel requests as per the company policy. You will have five options in which to approve. Ensure that you approve within the allowed time to avoid fare increases or loss of seat availability. If you are unable to approve, please refer to the manual “How to activate the substitute approver manual.”

As an Approver, you will receive alerts via Email, SMS, Push Notifications from the Mobile App as well as WhatsApp when a booking has been submitted into the Approval Workflow.
Click on the link embedded in the WhatsApp.
The Link directs the approver to the Request for Authorization.
The Approver reviews the Request for authorisation.
Approval Action required is either to Reject or Approve.
