How to Modify a Booking (Flight, Hotel & Car) (Internal)

The user can either use the Trip Manager For My Bookings widget on the home page, or by using the Trip Manager folder icon on the header bar.
Select the Modify Trip (It is important to note that NOT all air sectors can be re-issued through Travelit.)
Select the Modify Sector button. This is used to modify, change, and reissue an issued flight sector.
Select the new date and Search. The search results returned will be based on the same airline and routing for the exchange calculation to be completed.
If the user is satisfied with the changed sector, they will tick the box next to the Pay now – new fare section.
Payment will be immediate and without approval.
For any other changes to the trip sectors baring the flight sectors, the principle for modifying will be based on a ‘cancel and re-book’
It is important to review the Vendor’s terms and conditions before the sector is cancelled and re-booked.
