How to Replace an Approver via System Setup

As a Super User you would be able to manage the Approval Set up within your Company.
Should an Approver leave the company and there is a new replacement for all prior Approval flows.
Should an Approver leave the company, there is a process to add a new replacement for all prior Approval flows in System Setup.
To initiate the change, select Approver Maintenance.
The Replace Wizard function is used to insert the replacement Approver where all Approval groups and flows will be updated.
Once all changes have been made, the replacement Approver will receive an email from notifications@travelit.co.za advising of the changes made by requestor.
The previous Approver will receive an email from notifications@travelit.co.za advising of the changes made by requestor.
