Introducing Approval Methods - via Mobile App:
As an Approver, you will be responsible for approving travel requests as per the company policy. You will have five options in which to approve. Ensure that you approve within the allowed time to avoid fare increases or loss of seat availability. If you are unable to approve, please refer to the manual “How to Activate the Substitute Approver”.
Important: It is essential to understand that while the live system undergoes aesthetic and functional enhancements, the core process/steps remain unchanged.

Key Take Home Points
There are 3 ways to login to the Travelit App:
- Same sign on method used to log in to Travelit via email address and password
- Biometric Log in
- Single Sign On – activated for an organisation which allows users to use existing organisation credentials to log in
The Approver receives a push notification via the Travelit App.
An overview of the trip including the trip reference and cost is provided to the Approver prior to approval.
Approval Action required is either to Reject or Approve.
