Trip Manager for My Bookings, allows a user to locate a trip in order to view travel documents, approval statuses, and modifications of bookings. In order to access Trip Manager, the user can either use the Trip Manager for My Bookings widget on the home page, or by using the Trip Manager folder icon on the header bar.
The Trip Manager for My Bookings tool provides access to travel invoices, allowing users to view and download issued travel invoices.
This tool further enables users to access trip statements and download any required invoices in PDF format.
The search functionality within the Trip Manager allows users to search for trips based on various criteria, including trip reference number, booker information, and traveller’s details. This capability assists in financial record-keeping and expense tracking by enabling users to locate specific trips and associated financial documents with ease.
