Introducing How to Activate the Substitute Approver within the Approvers Profile:
A Super User is able to manage Approval Management on Company level.
The Substitute Approver is activated when the requestor / traveller / approver is the same person needing to approve the booking, as the general rule is that a traveller may not approve their own bookings (client specific).
Important: It's essential to understand that while the live system undergoes aesthetic and functional enhancements, the core process/steps remain unchanged.
