Extending a voucher with new dates and times solely on Travelit is not going to generate to the car vendor / GDS, which is why we need to liase with the car vendor to ensure that the change is facilitated correctly.
Changes before collection, a new reservation must be confirmed first then original reservation removed. The normal approval process follows and new voucher is then created.
After collection contact the Car Vendor first to amend the car reservation.
