A Super User is able to activate the out of office for an approver via two methods on the Travelit Home Page – via logging in as the Approver or via the System setup.

Option 1 – Log in as the Approver and access the Out of Office widget

Option 2 – Access the System Setup widget and search for the user profile under Update User.

Navigate to the Out of Office category within the user’s profile to activate the Out of office.

The Delegated Approver, the Start and the End Dates are required to activate the Out of Office.
