Build trust to close gaps so that when working with clients and in my own life, where Transparency, Relationship, Understanding, Shared success and Truth-telling (the difficult truths), and if there are the gaps between co-workers and teammates, work together to close them.

The most important thing you can do to become a better co-worker and team player is to ask others for feedback regularly and then implement it.

A great team relationship is built on great communication.

Feedback is the best way to improve as a teammate, and is done by using comprehensive, timely and actionable feedback from bosses, peers and subordinates is the fast track to advancement.

Be open to the ideas and opinions of others contributes positively in order to develop trust and create stronger teams.

One needs to know what role to play to help the team and all involved be successful and not focus on what you want or enjoy doing.
