There are three ways to log in via Travelit. These include via a Web Browser, the Travelit App or via a Single Sign on log in page. In order for the User to sign into Travelit via a Web Browser, the following steps needs to be completed:
- Enter the Web URL in the address bar in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge
- Enter the registered email address and password in Travelit
- Enter the TTS User details in the Single Sign on section. Only applicable for users that are part of the Tourvest Travel Services Network

It is important to note that the user might need to use a customer specific URL to access TravelIT, depending on the customer setup. For example if the user consults on the Google customer account the URL will be as follows:
Enter the registered email address and password in Travelit
Once the user has accessed the TravelIt web page, they will need to enter their email address that is linked to their Travelit profile; and press login. If Single Sign On is active, The User will enter their TTS User password in this field. (It will be the same password used when signing into their computer).
Password Reset
Should the User have forgotten their password, they can use the Forgot Password hyperlink, and follow the steps to reset their password. The following screen will be displayed to be completed:
- Fill in the email address in the box provided and click on the ReCAPTCHA – I’m not a robot button and complete the requirements if requested
- Use the 'Reset button; which will generate a pop up message advising what the next steps are to follow to complete the password reset process:
- The following mail will be received from notifications@travelit.co.za
- Use the link which was received via email; to navigate the to the password reset page on TravelIt
- Complete a new password as well as security questions the user has previously chosen. Use the button to complete the password reset process
TTS User details in the Single Sign on section
Tourvest Travel Services makes use of the Single Sign on functionality. Single sign-on (SSO) is an authentication scheme that allows the user to log in with a single ID and password to any of several related, yet independent, software systems. Therefore the User will need to sign into Travelit first and then sign in with their TTS sign in credentials. The user will need to do the single sign on every day or every time they restart their computer.
