As a Finance user, you are able to search for an individual virtual card number in Travelit, to match specific travel related expenses with the corresponding virtual card required for accurate reconciliations. This Learning Engagement provides the steps to search for an individual virtual card on Travelit.
On the landing page, select the Virtual Cards widget.
Insert the virtual card number details that you are searching for, into the Credit Card Number field.
Click on the Trip Reference URL link. The Travelit system will redirect you to the Trip where the Virtual card is associated with the order number.
Click on the Order Number URL link, which will display the voucher information, vendor invoice. This will provide the ability to view the documents linked to the transaction processed on the Virtual Card.
The View icon: This indicates the amount the Virtual Card has been raised for, including the following:
- Vendor details
- Status of Virtual card
- Validity of card
- Trip and Order number the Virtual card has been linked to
