To manage the approval set up the Super user needs to access the System Setup widget

Select Approval Policy and then Select Approval Limits and Groups

To search for the Approval group, select Company Groups

The limit can be left blank to search for the group name

The Group will appear if Approvers and Flows were initially linked upon creation of the Group.

Should the Group not appear, please select the No Approvers Setup or No Flows Setup

In the Group Approver box, add the approver to be added

Select the dustbin icon to remove the existing approver
