COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course will teach you how to recognise appropriate telephone knowledge, how to properly handle incoming and outgoing calls, how to handle rude callers adequately as well as teach you different methods or training employees.

CERTIFICATION

To qualify for your Certificate of Completion you must study, complete all modules and score at least 80% or more in each of the course assessments/quizzes. A link to print your certificate will then appear under the Progress & Results Page.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

By completing this course, you will be able to recognise the different aspects of telephone language, as well as properly handle inbound and outbound calls.
