TravelIT Notifications – Airlink Changes
NB: For Internal Sharing Only.
All bookings are to be created via TravelIT.
If Airlink hasn’t filed the correct changes under the fare categories and the FXQ entry is not possible in Amadeus. Please contact the AIRLINK representative directly to get resolved.
In the rare instance that the change is not available on TravelIT but consultants are able to change offline using the FXQ entry:

Process change offline.
Hub booking into TravelIT prior to ticketing.
Once approved the ticket will be issued and follow the correct online process.
Log a call via the standard call logging process with ALL the relevant call information to Helpdesk and include the following:
- URL of change request on TravelIT.
- Screenshot of error received.
- Screenshot of FXQ entry including result done directly in the GDS to process the change.
Name changes are not permitted. Booking is to be cancelled and rebooked in the name of the new traveller.

Split PNR’s/bookings are not permitted
Airlink Fares department has advised
Our system is set up that way to separate the DU and ZV, agents will not get ADM’s for that. Even when we as airline do changes that is exactly how it is.
