TravelIT Notifications – Airlink Changes

Process change offline.
Hub booking into TravelIT prior to ticketing.
Once approved the ticket will be issued and follow the correct online process.
Log a call via the standard call logging process with ALL the relevant call information to Helpdesk and include the following:
  • URL of change request on TravelIT.
  • Screenshot of error received.
  • Screenshot of FXQ entry including result done directly in the GDS to process the change.
