TTS realises that impressions made on customers or clients are important to the success of the organisation. The Dress Code policy allows the organisation to communicate what it considers appropriate work attire. The guidelines outlined here, helps you to “Dress for Success”. Let’s get familiar with them!
The purpose of a dress code is to ensure you look the part and present yourself professionally to customers, suppliers, and the public.
Provocative and inappropriate attire cause distractions. Distractions are limited when we dress accordingly to the appropriate standard.
Religious attire is permitted when applicable.
When meeting with suppliers and client’s, business attire is required, according to client protocol.
Keep away from clothing with offensive logos and contentious wording. Visible underwear, tight fitting garments, tattered clothes, or garments with missing buttons are considered unacceptable attire.
