Understanding TRF’s (Internal)

The TRF service enables a client to send a booking request directly to a TTS consultant, as opposed to sending the request via email. 

The TRF service enables a quick and accurate turnaround service from the consultant for travel requests within the agreed Service Level agreement (SLA).

A booker can submit a request via the TRF if they were unable to find the relevant results on the Travelit booking platform.

Once the booker has received the email notification of the approved quote, the quotation can be accessed, viewed, edited, approved or rejected.
