How to add a Free Text Order (FTO)

Step 1 Select the ‘Stock and Orders’ Sub Icon. Click on ‘Catalogue and Text Order’ from the drop down.

Step 2 Insert the required fields and click on ‘Add Free Text Order’ .

Step 3 Once the Add FTO has been selected, a pop up requiring the product info to be ordered will display on the screen. Populate the pop up with all the mandatory information and click on ‘Add’.

Step 4 Click check out on the cart to complete the FTO (Free Text Order) and submit for Approval, Once check out has been selected, click on Submit for Approval.
