How to download the Invoice file with leading zeroes

Excel - csv. Will remove all leading zeroes – follow the steps below to download the csv file in excel with leading zeroes.

Step 1 Download file from Integration Watcher.

Step 2 Select the desired file.

Step 3 File will download - do not open the file yet.

Step 4 Open a New excel worksheet and click Data then From Text.

Step 5 Navigate to Downloads and select the desired file to import.

Step 6 Import functions will display once file is selected from Downloads. Select the functions below:

• Delimited
• Comma
• Text

1 Select Delimited

2 Untick Tab and select only Comma

3 Select the desired column you’d like leading zeroe to show then select the Text box to apply the conversion. Follow this step for each column you’d like to show leading zeroes for.

Step 7 Import Data click OK.

Data will be pasted with leading zeroes.
