Cash Purchase: When a buyer requires a product/s urgently they have the option to buy it from any store and pay for the product/s using cash withdrawn from their petty cash or a P-Card. Buyer will then need to capture the purchase on the system by selecting cash purchase or P-Card.
Step 1Hover over the ‘Stock and Orders’ Icon. Click on Cash and P-Card Purchases from the drop down.
Step 2Complete the fields with the details relevant to the cash/card purchase and Add Item.
Step 3Populate the pop up screen with the required products information and click Add to Cart.
Step 4Click the drop files box to upload the receipt relevant to the purchase. Click on checkout to submit for approval.
