weExpense provides the ability for an expense user to delegate the responsibility of capturing expenses to another employee i.e. another employee can capture an expense on your behalf. Within your Expense Home Page, you will see the delegation option.
Search the delegate you would like to add to process all your claims on your behalf. Click on their name and press the + to add the employee you have selected. You are able to select more than 1 delegate.
Should you wish to remove any of the delegates selected, click on the Delete icon (Bin).
