How to upload a catalogue and price file

Step 1
Select the ‘Supplier Management’ Icon.
Step 2
Select ‘Customer Catalogue’ from the drop down.
Step 3
Select ‘Upload Type’ from the drop down.
- Catalogue Only – Item list excluding pricing
- Catalogue & Price File – The full catalogue which includes Prices
Step 4
Select ‘Full/Partial’ from the ‘Load Type’ drop down.
Step 5
Select ‘Vendor Name’ from the drop down.
Step 6
Select ‘Price File Name’
Step7
Populate the start/end dates or No Expiry Date relevant to the Price File upload.
Step 8
Select the ‘Drop Files here/click to upload’ box, to load the relevant Price File. View the uploaded Price File at the bottom of the screen.
NOTES ON CATALOGUE & PRICE FILE UPLOADS:
- Catalogue Only – Template Used only for completion. Complete all columns ensure to insert all mandatory fields.
- Catalogue & Price File – The full catalogue with Prices and Units completed.
- Full or Partial Load Type (Full=entire catalogue / Partial=Parts of the catalogue).
- No Expiry is a default as this makes the catalogue valid for a long period of time unless overridden with validation dates relevant to the catalogue or a new full catalogue is loaded.
