Super Users have the ability to manage the Company’s travel policies, monitor supplier relationships and ensure compliance is met to streamline the travel booking process.
Prioritising hotel vendors during the booking process can be allocated as Favourites within the following roles:
- Primary Traveller
- All Travellers
- Booker
Select the Book Online local & International widget.
Complete the Header Information, add the traveller and select the Hotel icon.
Search for the Property by completing the criteria to make a reservation
Selecting the Add Favourite icon will link the accommodation establishment to the relevant user as indicated above.
The purple thumbs up icon will reflect on the right-hand side of the availability screen. This indicates that the Property has been added as a Favourite.
